How soon can I have service?
You can have SERVICE TODAY if you schedule an appointment by 10:30 am. If you
call after 10:30 am we will do our best to schedule your appointment for
today, but will certainly schedule the appointment for tomorrow. Back

What will the repair cost me?
There is a minimum service charge to diagnosis the problem with your
appliance. Our customer service representatives will advise you of the service
charge when you schedule the appointment. Our experienced technicians will
diagnosis the problem and advise you of the actual cost to repair your
appliance before completing a repair. Once we repair your appliance, you pay
only the cost of the repair and the minimum service charge is waived. Back

Can you repair my appliance when you first visit my
home?
All our vehicles are stocked with parts for the most common repairs. Should we
need to special order a part to complete your repair, you will not pay extra
for the repair and we usually can complete the repair within 3-7 days. Back

What happens if the part I special ordered is not
available within 3-7 days?
Our vendors ship parts before the estimated delivery in the vast majority of
cases. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to availability or
other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in
filling your order, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or email. We
know that this can be inconvenient, and we will offer you to BACKORDER the
part and estimate a new delivery date. You can wait for the new delivery date,
or cancel for a refund of you deposit less the minimum service charge at any
